Event is located in the W.L.Anderson Soccer Complex, directly across from Colorado Grill and WH Totally Tan. Located on Hwy 31W, in White House, TN. Formal Address of the Sports Complex is: 2760 Old Hwy 31, White House, TN 37188. This GPS address will take you to the front of the Soccer park however, and the event will be on the opposite side of the soccer fields. When you GPS to "Colorado Grill" and/or "WH Totally Tan" instead, you will be placed directly across and plainly visible, to the actual event location within the Soccer complex, and easier access.
How do I get tickets?

Tickets are available in advance online, and sales at the door day of show. There will be no discounts for late arrivals. Click to tickets online.
How else can I donate to the cause?

Donations are welcomed onsite at any time before, during or after the White House On Fire event.
Is this a family-friendly event? Kids welcomed?

Yes, this is a community event for all to enjoy. It's our chance to come together and help support those that put their lives in danger to support us. It's only a small token of appreciation we can return, but hopefully it helps save lives and property somewhere along the way. Kids are welcomed. Ages 6 and under admitted free. Are emergency services available at the event?

Medical service will be available for the duration of the event. In addition to uniformed police, undercover and event security placed accordingly within the event premises as well.
Is my ticket valid for the full 12 hours of the event?

YES. Enjoy the all day long festivities or come check out your favorite bands!
Can I get my money back?

All ticket sales are final. No ticket refunds will be available. Unless unsafe conditions, the event will take place rain or shine.
What's the policy on leaving and re-entering the festival during the day?

There will be a separate gateway for those exiting and reentering the event premises. Guests will be able to exit and re-enter the festival up to twice in total during the event. In the name of safety and everyone's protection, no re-entry will be allowed more than a third time.
What happens if I lose or break my wristband during or prior to the event?

Can I slide my wristband off and give it to my friend or family to use?

No. Wristbands are nontransferable. Your wristband will be placed tight enough that it does not slide off and is good for you and only you. Wristbands that have been tampered with will be void and lost wristbands cannot be replaced for any reason.
No Loitering

No Loitering will be allowed in nor around the surrounding areas to the event perimiter. All patrons within the soccer field complex will be required to enter the event, or depart the premises. This is for your safety and ours. If you see any loitering or suspicious activities, please notify event security and/or uniformed police located throughout the event area.
White House On Fire Audience Seating:

All White House On Fire seating for the concerts will be general admissions outdoor and hillside lawn seating. Please bring your lawn chairs and blankets. No reserve seating available.
Can I bring my own cooler, food and/or drinks?"

Food and Drink concessions will be available on event premises. No coolers are allowed. Any coolers will be held at the gates for the duration of the event. White House on Fire nor any associates thereof will be held responsible for any lost or stolen coolers/items from the holding area.
White House On Fire Event Parking:

Free event parking will be available at the W.L. Anderson Sports Complex, hillside near and surrounding the event premises. All guests and attendants must be prepared for any outdoor parking conditions. White House On Fire will not be held liable for any adverse parking conditions where anyone chooses to park.
Are unsolicited vendors and sales allowed on site?

No. Vending of any kind is strictly prohibited on and around W.L. Anderson Sports Complex, including in and around the parking facilities. This will be strictly enforced. You can apply to become one of our craft vendors here!
Is there an age limit to get into the festival?

All ages welcomed. Children 6 and under enter for free and will not need a wristband. Get tickets online.
ADA Accommodations:

Event and Parking will be hillside lawn accommodations. All event premises will be in the grass. ADA restrooms will be available.
Prohibited Items

White House On Fire has the right to refuse any of the following items: Alcoholic Beverages Drones / RC Aircraft Tractors/4-wheelers Canopies / Easy-ups Illegal Substances Skates / Rollerblades / Bicycles / Tricycles Hover boards / Skateboards Ladders / Stepstools Ice Chest / Coolers Guns / Knives / Weapons Pets /Animals (Service only) Glass Bottles / Cans Fireworks Fire Pits White House On Fire has the right to eject any unordlery, non-compliant and/or insubordinate personnel and/or patrons from any location throughout the event premesis.

By Attending the White House On Fire event, all guests and participants hold harmless any and all White House on Fire, and any associations thereof, of any liabilities unrelated to White House On Fire mechanics and operations. White House on Fire will not be responsible for any lost or stolen items before, during or after the event’s hours of operations.
